At Right House Capital, we provide an array of services to assist mortgage lenders and community banks in handling their distressed mortgages. RHC specializes in loss mitigation for discounted and classified loans. Lest you think otherwise, this isn't an easy proposition. Finding the highest bid for a single discounted or classified loan requires a lot of work and careful maneuvering.
Volume Aggregation
At Right House Capital, our goal is to get you the best value, the highest bid, for your distressed loan pool. Sometimes we use a little financial wizardry to make that happen, though the choice is completely up to you.
What do we mean? When you submit your loans to us, we offer an option called Volume Aggregation. This will allow your loan to be combined with other lenders and banks loans and rolled up into a giant package that then gets sold at a higher price. We've got several large hedge funds that will pay a premium on pools greater then 10MM in volume, so all the companies involved benefit from this option. You can't achieve this selling power with a smaller pool.
Risk Management Assessment
Right House Capital is dedicated to helping you resolve your problem loans. However, we used to be career mortgage bankers and we have a combined 90 years of experience in the mortgage industry. As such, we do offer a risk assessment service where we'll take a look at your loan guidelines and quality control systems and offer advice on how they can be strengthened. This will help you weather the next inevitable storm the mortgage industry will face.
The changes that have already hit the field have been tremendous, and the only way to be successful in the long run is to adapt to the changing environment. You and other mortgage lenders have to strive for constant quality control improvement. You have to anticipate risks and prevent them before they happen.
